The Start Here experience sends what you write to an AI service so it can generate your reflection. Please do not include names, contact details, health information or anything else you consider sensitive.

Rebel With Me does not save Start Here submissions in a site database. Service providers involved in delivering and monitoring the website and AI response may process technical and request information under their own service terms.

Email addresses entered into a signup form are used only for the list named on that form. Details about the connected email service will be added before email delivery begins.
