About
Jennifer Griffin
For much of my life, strength meant knowing how to handle things.
I learned how to anticipate needs, read a room, make difficult things manageable, and keep going. Those strengths genuinely served me. Then the question began to change from “Can I handle this?” to “What is handling it costing me?”
Those strengths led me to become curious about the patterns underneath my own life. I began asking what might become possible when the strategies that helped me keep going were no longer the only ones shaping how I lived.
Today, my work centers on helping women hear themselves more clearly and make room for lives that feel increasingly like their own. Rebel With Me is an invitation to explore that together.
The work is not about becoming a new or improved person. It is about returning to yourself.
